Looking for the finest organic food out there may be tough, even though there are thousands of suppliers out there. It is tough because some claim to be organic even though they are not. Without certifications, sorting the genuinely organic from those that are not would be near impossible.

Distance and Freshness

Once in you are in a big city, it is difficult to search for food that comes from your area. Most likely, your food comes from some rural place. When food comes from farther places, it tends to get more expensive. On the other hand, when you are in a city, food that comes from your place are most likely inorganic because they underwent through some chemical process. Can't you have both qualities (locally produced and organic)?
