And, no, there is no point worrying about cholesterol. A 14-year Harvard study has shown that eggs do not increase the risk of clogged arteries because egg fats are mostly the healthy unsaturated ones.

So go ahead and have your egg. It's healthy for you.

There is a old and wise saying - So you sow, so shall you reap. This has certainly stood the test of times and has been guiding mankind to do good deeds in order get good results. No wonder that it equally applies to sowing actual seeds as well, and there is growing evidence that the more organic foodstuff we grow, the better our health will become because of more nutritious value
