And, no, there is no point worrying about cholesterol. A 14-year Harvard study has shown that eggs do not increase the risk of clogged arteries because egg fats are mostly the healthy unsaturated ones.

So go ahead and have your egg. It's healthy for you.

Food costs are rising and, despite that, a lot of people still cannot accept on their plates those genetically modified organisms, designed to grow optimally.
