When China is mentioned, probably one of the first things that come to mind are dirt and pollution. Let's be honest about it. The least thing we can think of are organic fruits and vegetables. But, in reality, the China is near the top of this industry as the country with the 2nd largest amount of land devoted to organic management, adding a significant 12 percent to the world's organic land.
