When we say organic food, it doesn't stop at organically grown vegetables and meat products. There are organic eggs as well!
And, no, there is no point worrying about cholesterol. A 14-year Harvard study has shown that eggs do not increase the risk of clogged arteries because egg fats are mostly the healthy unsaturated ones.
So go ahead and have your egg. It's healthy for you.
